Lead and support a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and ensuring efficient use of team resources

Coordinate development activities with international project teams and cross-disciplinary groups including chip, FPGA and hardware development

Ensure adherence to established development processes, quality standards and project milestones
→
Collaborate with system and software architects to design and specify software modules and system interfaces
→
Contribute hands-on to software architecture, design and implementation
→
Work with system engineers to define and prepare test platforms for validating software on target hardware
