Responsibilities
→
Lead and manage international projects
→
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, production, etc.)
→
Provide technical leadership and expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from concept through to production
→
Develop detailed project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
→
Identify and mitigate potential risks and technical challenges to ensure smooth project execution
→
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, key issues, and solutions
→
Monitor project performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques, adjusting as needed
→
Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members to promote knowledge sharing and development within the team
→
Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices
qualifications
→
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or comparable
→
Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with at least 2 years in a project leadership or technical leadership role
→
Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, design, and testing methodologies
→
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques (Jira, CodeBeamer, …)
→
Experience with EDA tools used in semiconductor design is a plus
